Music Ministry

Pastors Walter & Cindy Hallam believe that worship should reflect the Body of Christ, transcending all cultures and races, as one of the tools bringing unity to the Kingdom of God.

Jennifer Hallam has been brought up throughout the Abundant Life ministry all of her life. Over the years, Jennifer has been professionally trained in piano and voice lessons and currently leads Praise and Worship in the main service and also in The Chosen Youth Church and has recently graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors in English Literature. God has given her the gift of song to witness to young and old alike.

LaShund Lambert has been with Abundant Life for many years leading the choir, directing the band, and ministering through music. He is a very gifted and talented musician with a Masters degree in Music Composition from Eastern Washington University. His passion for worship and ability to lead others into the presence of God is undeniable.

The Abundant Life Choir is a vital part of the dynamic here at Abundant Life. The choir helps establish an atmosphere of praise in the church that allows God to rain down his anointing. The Bible says in Psalms 95:1, “Come, let us make a joyful noise unto the rock of our salvation.” The choir is a perfect opportunity to sing from your heart with a voice of praise.

Together with the choir, the Abundant Life band helps to lead the congregation to a different level of worship. In the Bible David was a musician who played to glorify God. We follow this example of a heart of worship so that God receives all of the glory.
